Zoya Phoebe

I decided to do my nails with another Zoya matte polish, Phoebe, from the Mod Mattes collection of summer 2011. She's a bright electric blue that screams summer. As with all mattes, its hard to get an even application and this took three coats since it did apply thin.

I enjoy the matte polishes even though you do get less wear time with them. Phoebe is a fun summer color that just brightens up the day.

Here it is with China Glaze Lorelai's Tiara layered on top. I think it adds a little extra something.
